Terms of service

1. The services

AI search visibility work: the Snapshot, the Report and Fix Pack, the Fix, the Visibility Plan and the care-home plans; and website design and build where quoted. Deliverables, timelines and prices are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are as published or quoted. No VAT is charged. One-off work is paid in full or by the deposit stated; monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is taken securely via Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. What is and isn't guaranteed

Professional, careful work delivered to the agreed brief is guaranteed. Specific search-engine or AI-answer results, traffic, enquiries or revenue are not, as these depend on factors outside anyone's control. Figures on this site are dated snapshots, not promises.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide content, approvals and feedback promptly, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply. Delays on your side may affect timelines.

5. Approval and completion

Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval. A project is complete on final approval, or 14 days after delivery of the final draft if no feedback is received.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final website or pages transfers to you. The work may be featured in case studies unless you ask otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, fees for work completed are non-refundable. Monthly plans run for the stated minimum, then month to month on 30 days' written notice either way.

8. Third-party tools and AI

The work uses third-party platforms (hosting, booking, analytics, AI assistants). We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes. AI outputs are assistive and should be reviewed before being relied on for regulated, medical or financial claims.

9. Liability

Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. No liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
