What is collected

When you enquire, send a Snapshot or buy from us we may collect your name, email, phone number, business details and anything you share in messages. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored by us.

Why it is used

To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for (contract); to send information you have asked for, and marketing only if you opt in (consent, unsubscribe any time); to follow up a Snapshot or enquiry you sent (legitimate interests); and to run the business and meet legal and accounting duties.

Who it is shared with

Only providers that help run the service: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Netlify (hosting, which stores the form entries you send). Your data is never sold.

How long it is kept

Enquiry data for up to 24 months; client and financial records for up to seven years as required for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by emailing clare@gallivanai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
