Four steps. Plain pricing.
Every price published in full, so you can qualify yourself before we talk. Start free, pay only if the next step looks useful. Prices are the total; no VAT is charged.
Start with the evidence. Pay only for what helps.
Every business gets the same four steps, scoped to its sector and area. The prices cover one business in one area; a group of sites or several areas is agreed on a call.
- Free Snapshot: five customer questions put to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Named in X of 20, who came up instead, three quick wins. One working day.
- Report and Fix Pack, £49: twenty questions, the directories AI leans on and whether you're on them, ready-written wording for your Google profile, site and FAQs, a 30-day plan you can do yourself.
- The Fix, £395 one-off: Google profile set up properly with three posts, listings tidied everywhere, the code that helps AI read your site, one AI-friendly FAQ page, a re-check at 30 days.
- Visibility Plan, £595 a month (£495 founding rate for the first five clients): Fifty questions tracked every day across five assistants: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Your record kept consistent, one page a month, a monthly report and call. Month to month after three.
Not included: ad spend of any kind, third-party tools you already pay for, and new websites, which are scoped separately if they're relevant.
The report most agencies call an audit, written so you can act on it.
Credited in full against the Fix if you go on to order it.
The record fixed, the page written, re-checked at 30 days.
Then £595 a month if you want it tracked daily and kept up, £495 at the founding rate, month to month after three.
A group of sites, several areas, or Google Ads as well?
Groups and multi-area businesses are scoped on a call rather than priced here, where the number would be wrong for half the people reading it. Google Ads for a business that needs enquiries this week is £495 a month alongside the Visibility Plan: one campaign per location and service, landing pages built to take an enquiry, and a monthly report on enquiries rather than clicks. The ad spend itself is paid to Google from your own account; a sensible start for one location is £500 to £1,000 a month, agreed on the call.
The practical questions.
What does each step cost?
The Snapshot is free. The Report and Fix Pack is £49. The Fix is £395 one-off, and the £49 comes off it. The Visibility Plan is £595 a month, £495 at the founding rate. No VAT is charged on any of them.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None on the Snapshot, the Report or the Fix. The Visibility Plan runs for three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice either way.
What is not included?
Ad spend, third-party tools you already pay for, and new websites. If any of those would help, they're scoped and priced separately so nothing is implied that isn't written down.
What does the price cover?
One business, in one area, for the questions its customers ask. A group of sites or a second area with its own customers and competitors is agreed on a call.
How do you know it is working?
The same questions are asked again every month and the answers compared with the month before. What is controlled is whether your details agree everywhere, whether your pages answer the customer's question, and whether the result is measured again next month. That's what every step pays for.
Can we talk before committing?
Yes. The Snapshot is the conversation starter: you see where you appear today, and we talk about what I'd do first before you spend anything.
Find out where you stand.
Send the free Snapshot form. Within one working day you'll have where your business appears in AI answers, who is named instead, and the gaps I'd work on first.
