Background

Established in 1994, we were the first firm on the Eastern Shore collecting judgments in Maryland and the East Coast. The founder was laid off and had a drawer full of judgments from his days as a landlord: it took him, full time, a year to collect the first one. He said ‘no small business man or absentee landlord has a whole year to collecting their judgments.’ Foremost holds a Maryland Collection Agency license and its practice is 75% judgment collection and 25% nationwide overdue accounts receivable collection.


	Bob, Founder and President Bob has collected civil judgments in PA, NJ, MD, VA, and OH. He was trained in the art of ‘skip-tracing’ by a retired US Marshall. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware, an MBA in Finance from Ohio State University, and he eared his CPA from the State of West Virginia. Contact Bob here.

Lisa, Senior Marketing Associate
Lisa’s prior professional experience was a mangagement consultant for 15 years, working in the area of cost savings and stream-lining projects for the health care industry. She holds a BS in Business Administration from a midwestern univeristy. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has taken on the position that oversees customer care and introducing the Plaintiffs to the highly successful services that Foremost provides. Contact Lisa here.
